CGC.Research publishes original research documents, conceptual frameworks, white papers, diagrams, structural models, and related explanatory materials created under the direction of Kazuko Sonobe.

Unless otherwise stated, all such materials, including their conceptual architecture, terminology, structural formulations, diagrams, tables, written explanations, and integrated theoretical expressions, are protected as the intellectual property of:

Kazuko Sonobe / Cyber Guardians Collective Research (CGC.Research)

1. Scope

This policy applies to research publications and related materials released through CGC.Research, including but not limited to:

• white papers

• research notes

• public architecture summaries

• diagrams, tables, and structural maps

• conceptual framework descriptions

• explanatory texts and derivative publication materials

This includes materials related to frameworks such as THIS Framework vΩ, DSMP, HSL, HIF, CRF, and related research publications, unless otherwise separately licensed.

2. Permitted Use

The following uses are permitted without prior written permission, provided that proper attribution is clearly maintained:

• academic reading

• private study

• non-commercial research reference

• commentary, review, or discussion

• quotation of limited portions for scholarly, critical, or explanatory purposes

• non-commercial sharing of links to the official publication pages

When citing or referring to CGC.Research materials, users must clearly indicate the source as:

   Kazuko Sonobe / CGC.Research

3. Use Requiring Prior Written Permission

The following uses require prior written permission from Kazuko Sonobe / CGC.Research:

• commercial use of any CGC.Research publication or framework

• redistribution of the full document or substantial portions of it

• republication on other platforms

• public translation for publication or redistribution

• derivative implementation of conceptual structures, diagrams, or framework components

• selective extraction and repackaging of framework elements into commercial or public-facing systems

• use in branding, promotion, marketing, or product positioning

• presentation of substantially similar structures as independently authored work

4. Prohibited Conduct

Without explicit written permission, users may not:

• claim authorship of CGC.Research materials

• reproduce or redistribute materials in misleading or altered form

• present protected conceptual structures as original work

• commercially exploit the framework or its components

• extract protected material in a way that obscures its authorship or origin

5. AI Collaboration Clarification

Some CGC.Research publications are developed with the assistance of AI systems used as collaborative research or review partners under human direction.

However:

• AI systems are not the legal authors or rights holders of the publications

• final authorship, editorial authority, conceptual integration, and intellectual ownership remain exclusively with Kazuko Sonobe

• references to AI collaboration do not transfer or dilute ownership

6. Defensive Publication / Prior-Art Position

Certain CGC.Research publications are released in part as defensive publications.

This means that the public disclosure of conceptual architecture, structural design, terminology, or framework logic may serve as evidence of prior public disclosure. Such publication does not place the material into the public domain, nor does it grant permission for unrestricted reuse.

7. No Implied License

Publication through CGC.Research, Zenodo, websites, or public repositories does not imply permission for:

• commercial reuse

• derivative implementation

• structural imitation

• republication

• public translation

• proprietary integration

Any permission not explicitly granted in this policy remains reserved.

8. Requests for Permission

Requests concerning licensing, academic reuse beyond ordinary quotation, translation, republication, implementation, collaboration, or commercial use should be directed to the official CGC.Research contact channel.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as CGC.Research publications and framework lines expand. The latest published version on the official CGC.Research website shall be treated as the reference version.
